NOTICE OF RESOLUTION FOR VOLUNTARY WINDING UP

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of PURIRI SUPPLIES LTD.:

NOTICE is hereby given that, by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 2nd day of July 1971, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely:

That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business. And that it is advisable to wind up; and that accordingly, the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Kenneth Bowker, of Hamilton, chartered accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 4th day of June 1971, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $260,000 to $200,000, and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 1st day of July 1971. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

"The capital of Plumbers Ltd. is $200,000 divided into 200,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $1 each having been reduced from $260,000 divided into 260,000 ordinary shares of $1 each fully paid".
