boundaries of that Section 7, the southern boundaries of Sec-
tions 6 and 5, the southern end of a public road, the southern
boundaries of sections 4, 3, and 2, all the aforesaid sections
being of Suburbs of Mangonui, to and along the western and
southern boundaries of Allotment 109A, Mangonui Parish,
and the last-mentioned boundary produced, crossing State
Highway No. 10, to the western shore of Mangonui Harbour;
then northerly generally along the western shores of the
Mangonui Harbour to its entrance at Rangikapiti Head;
then northerly, easterly, southerly, and south-westerly
generally along the boundaries of Mangonui County as
described in New Zealand Gazette, 1918, page 1685, to a point
in line with the eastern boundary of Allotment 183, Maunga-
taniwha Parish, in Block IX, Maungataniwha Survey District;
then northerly to and along that eastern boundary and its
production to the middle of a public road, and north-
westcrly along the middle of that public road forming the
generally south-western boundaries of Allotments 184, 182,
180, S.W. 31, 30, and S.W. 28 to a point due west of the
westernmost corner of that Allotment S.W. 28 and along a
right line to the easternmost corner of Allotment 25, all the
aforesaid allotments being of Maungataniwha Parish and
along the north-eastern boundary of that Allotment 25, cross-
ing an intervening public road in Block VIII, Takahue
Survey District, to and along the south-eastern boundaries of
Allotments 130, 70A, and 70, Kaiaka Parish, and along that last-
mentioned boundary produced to and down the middle of the
Te Puhi Stream to its confluence, in the said Block VIII,
with the middle of the Hokotuku Stream, and up the middle
of that stream to and northerly along the middle of a public
road, which forms the western boundary of Allotment 71 to
a point in line with the eastern boundary of Allotment 72,
all the aforesaid allotments being of Kaiaka Parish; then
to and along that boundary and along the eastern and
northern boundaries of Section 2, Block IV, Takahue Survey
District, to and along the south-eastern end of an unformed
public road to and westerly along the middle line of that road,
which forms the southern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 33940, to a
point in line with the eastern boundary of Allotment 169,
Kaiaka Parish, and along a right line to and along the said
boundary to its north-eastern corner and along a right line
across a public road to and along the south-eastern boundary
of Allotment 168, the south-eastern and north-eastern boun-
daries of Allotment S.E. 27, the north-eastern boundaries of
Allotments N.W. 27, S.E. 29, N. 29, N.W. 29 crossing an inter-
vening part of Allotment 145, the north-western boundaries of
Allotments 145, 30, and S.W. 32, all the aforesaid
allotments being of Kaiaka Parish, to and westerly along the
southern boundary of Section 34, Block XIII, Rangaunu Survey
District, to the Lake Ohia Riding boundary, hereinbefore
described; then northerly generally along that boundary to
the point of commencement.

EAST COAST RIDING

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District in the
County of Mangonui bounded by a line commencing on the
sea coast at the easternmost corner of Allotment 12 of Section
3, Suburbs of Taipa, and proceeding easterly generally along
the sea coast being the boundary of the County of Mangonui,
as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1918, page 1685, to
Rangikapiti Head at the western head of the mouth of
Mangonui Harbour; then southerly, westerly, and northerly
generally along the boundary of the Oruru Riding, hereinbefore
described, to the point of commencement.

KAITAIA RIDING

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, in the
County of Mangonui, bounded by a line commencing in Block
II, Takahue Survey District, at the westernmost corner of
Section 1s, Upokonui Settlement, and proceeding easterly along
a right line to and along the northern boundary of Allotment
N.E. 22, Mangatete Parish, and southerly generally along the
eastern boundaries of the aforesaid Allotment N.E. 22, and
Allotments S.E. 22, S.E. 19, the abutment of an unformed
public road, E. 12, 228, 229, and 230 and the southern boundary
of that Allotment 230 to the easternmost corner of Allotment
233, and along a right line across Cloughs Road to the
northernmost corner of Allotment 237, all the aforesaid allot-
ments being of Mangatete Parish, and along the production of
that right line to the left bank of the Awanui River and south-
easterly along that left bank and the left bank of the Takahue
River to the southernmost corner of Pukekahikatoa 1A 2 in
Block XI, Takahue Survey District; then westerly along the

southern boundary of the said Pukekahikatoa 1A 2 and that
boundary produced across a public road to and south-westerly
generally along the generally northern side of that public road,
which forms the southern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 51254,
part Pukekahikatoa 1A 2, and Sections 15, and 16, Block XI,
Takahue Survey District, and part of Section 9, Block X,
Takahue Survey District, to its intersection with the eastern
side of a public road which crosses that Section 9, and along
a right line across the first-mentioned public road to the north-
eastern corner of part of Section 10, Block X, Takahue Survey
District; then south-westerly generally along the western side
of a public road which crosses that Section 10 to and along the
generally southern boundary of that Section 10, and the
southern boundaries of Section 11, Lot 2, D.P. 42502, and
Section 45, to and along the eastern and southern boundaries
of Section 28, the south-eastern boundary of Section 56, all
the aforesaid sections being of Block X, Takahue Survey
District, and the last-named boundary produced across an
unformed public road to the eastern boundary of Section 1,
Block IX, Takahue Survey District; then westerly generally
along the eastern, southern, and western boundaries of the
said Section 1, the northern boundary of part Takahue 1, the
eastern boundary of Section 6, the eastern and southern boun-
daries of Section 7, all the aforesaid sections being of Block
IX, Takahue Survey District, and Pukepoto 4A 1 and 4B 2 to
the eastern boundary of Allotment 46, Ahipara Parish; then
northerly generally along the eastern boundaries of the afore-
said Allotment 46, the eastern end of an unformed public road,
the eastern and northern boundaries of Allotment 45 to and
northerly along the eastern boundaries of Allotment 105, and
Lot 1, D.P. 27985, and along a right line across Motukaraka-
Kaitaia Road and along the eastern boundary of part Allot-
ment N.E. 13, the eastern end of an unformed
public road, the generally eastern boundaries of Allot-
ment 95, all the aforesaid allotments being of Ahipara Parish,
to and along the eastern boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P.
18887, Lot 2, D.P. 26618, the eastern end of an unformed
public road, and the eastern boundaries of Lot 32, D.P. 26623,
Allotments 64, 37, 39, and 42, all the aforesaid allotments being
of Ahipara Parish, along the eastern end of a public road and
north-westerly along the north-eastern side of that road to a
point in line with the southern boundary of Section 15, Block
II, Ahipara Survey District; then northerly and easterly
generally along the Awanui Riding boundary, hereinbefore
described, to the point of commencement, excluding the
Borough of Kaitaia, as described in New Zealand Gazette,
1945, page 1049.

AHIPARA RIDING

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, in the
County of Mangonui, commencing at a point on the sea coast
in Block I, Ahipara Survey District, in line with the northern
boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 49057, and proceeding south-easterly
along the south-western boundary of the Awanui Riding herein-
before described, to and southerly generally along the western
boundary of the Kaitaia Riding, hereinbefore described, to the
south-eastern corner of Section 1, Block IX, Takahue Survey
District, on the southern side of an unformed public road;
then easterly generally along the southern side of that public
road to the northernmost corner of Section 9, Block XIV,
Takahue Survey District; then southerly generally along the
western and southern boundaries of that Section 9 and along
that last-mentioned boundary produced to and along the middle
of an unformed public road, which forms the eastern boundary
of Section 2, to and along the middle of another public road
which forms the north-eastern boundary of Section 41 to a
point in line with the northern boundary of Section 42 to and
along the generally northern and western boundaries of that
Section 42 and Section 44, all the aforesaid sections being of
Block XIV, Takahue Survey District, and the southern boundary
of that Section 44 to and along the western boundary of Lot 1,
D.P. 38844, and that boundary produced to the middle of
Waiotehue School Road and easterly along the middle of that
road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 5,
Block X, Whangape Survey District; then southerly along
that boundary and that boundary produced to the middle of
the Awaroa River; then south-westerly, north-westerly, and
north-easterly generally along the generally south-eastern and
western boundaries of the County of Mangonui, as described
in New Zealand Gazette, 1918, page 1685, to the point of
commencement.

VICTORIA VALLEY RIDING

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, in the
County of Mangonui, bounded by a line commencing in the
middle of the Awaroa River in line with the eastern boundary
of Section 5, Block X, Whangape Survey District, and pro-
ceeding northerly generally along the generally eastern boun-
daries of the Ahipara and Kaitaia Ridings, hereinbefore
