  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1971, No. 21.

  2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release a certain parcel of that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1971, No. 31.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953;
and whereas the appellation of the land has been changed by subsequent order of the Maori Land Court; and whereas it is desired to replace the notice aforesaid by a further notice referring to the land under the current appellation:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, the lands described in that notice were declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations of certain parcels of those lands have been changed by subsequent orders of the Maori Land Court; and whereas certain parcels of land have since been released from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid; and whereas it is desired to release certain other parcels of land from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid; and whereas it is desired that the balance of the lands (under the present appellations) shall remain subject to the provisions of the said Part XXIV.
