Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Resumed
in Block V, Tautane Survey District, Dannevirke County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the
land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby
proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby closed, and shall when so closed, be incor-
porated in renewable lease No. RLF 306, recorded in register
book, Volume 141, folio 59, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, also
proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule is
hereby closed and shall when so closed, be incorporated in
lease in perpetuity No. L.I.P. 369, recorded in register book
Volume 37, folio 191, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, and also
hereby resumes the land described in the Fourth Schedule
hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section
29 and declares that the said land shall be incorporated in
the said lease No. L.I.P. 369, recorded in register book
Volume 37, folio 191, Hawke's Bay Land Registry; also hereby
proclaims that the road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto
is hereby closed and added to the land reserved for a school
site described in the Sixth Schedule hereto.
