Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve to Recreation
Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to the Woodend
Domain
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the
reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a
gravel pit to a reserve for recreation purposes, and further
declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the
provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the
Woodend Domain to be administered as a public domain by
the Domain Board.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—RANGIORA COUNTY
RURAL Section 39980, formerly part Reserve 2976, situated in
Block XI, Rangiora Survey District; area, 3 roods 28.3 perches,
more or less. (S.O. Plan 11606).
