A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the generation of
electricity.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 30 acres 1 rood 10 perches
situated in Block XI, Tatua Survey District, being part Tahora-
kuri No. 2 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked M.O.W. 25250 (S.O. 45610) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1963, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a
limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 5th day of July 1971.
