and workmen, to enter on the land described in the Third
Schedule hereto with all necessary vehicles, machinery, and
implements for the purpose of sinking an artesian bore of 6 in.
in diameter on the land firstly described in the Third Schedule
hereto and for the purpose of sinking an artesian bore of 4 in.
in diameter on the land secondly described in the Third Schedule
hereto, and the right at all times to take, convey, and lead water
in a free and unimpeded flow in any quantity from the said bores
and across the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to the
land described in the First Schedule hereto, and shall include
the additional rights attached to easements to convey water more
particularly set forth in paragraph 5 of the Seventh Schedule to
the Land Transfer Act 1952, as inserted by section 4 (1) (c) of
the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1961.
