Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1971, No. 14, a certain notice under Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 is revoked:

Now, therefore, in partial replacement of such notice, the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1971, No. 15.

  2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

The Road Classification (Piako County) Notice No. 3, 1971

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Piako County) Notice No. 3, 1971.

  2. The Piako County Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

  3. So much of the notice dated the 26th day of January 1959† as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to the Law Practitioners Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand Law Society, on the 21st day of May 1971, ordered that a certificate entitling him to practise as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand be issued to Kenneth Alistair Bryan.
