Declaring Land Taken for Electricity Purposes (Lansdowne Substation) in Block II, Halswell Survey District, Paparua County, Subject to and Together with Certain Drainage Easements

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electricity purposes (Lansdowne substation) subject to and together with the drainage easements contained in Transfer No. 184913, Canterbury Land Registry, from and after the 21st day of June 1971.
