The Control of Prices (Positive Lists) Notice 1971—Amendment
No. 1

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Minister of Industries and Commerce hereby gives the following notice:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Control of Prices (Positive Lists) Notice 1971, Amendment No. 1, and be read together with, and deemed to be part of, the Control of Prices (Positive Lists) Notice 1971 (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

  2. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

  3. The principal notice is hereby amended by adding to that part of the Schedule described as "List of Goods and Services Included in the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1966 and Amendments Thereto (as at 14 February 1971)" under the general heading "Chemical and Chemical Substances" the item "Anthelmintic Drenches".

Price Order No. 2161 (Anthelmintic Drenches)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following price order:

  1. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 2161, and shall come into force on the 11th day of June 1971.

  2. This order applies with respect to all sales of Anthelmintic Drenches.

FIXING MAXIMUM PRICES OF ANTHELMINTIC DRENCHES

  1. The maximum prices which may be charged or made by any importer, manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer, or other trader or seller, for any Anthelmintic Drenches shall be the selling prices which the importer, manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer, trader, or seller was normally charging or making as at the 10th day of June 1971.
