Purposes in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for drainage purposes
and shall vest in the Auckland Regional Authority (hereinafter
called “the Authority”) from and after the date hereinafter-
mentioned and that an easement for right of way is hereby
taken for drainage purposes over the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto vesting in the Authority as from the
date hereinafter-mentioned the full, free, and uninterrupted
right, liberty, and licence for the Authority, its engineers,
servants, agents, workmen, contractors, licensees, and invitees from time to time and at all times by day and by night
to go, pass, or repass with or without vehicles or other equipment over the land described in the said Second Schedule and
that such easement for right of way shall be forever appurtenant
to the land described in the said First Schedule and further
declares that this Declaration shall have effect from and after
the 14th day of June 1971.
