CORRIGENDUM

IN the Schedule to the Consent dated 14 May 1971, and
published on 20 May 1971, in the New Zealand Gazette, No.
37, at page 965, consenting to the raising of loans by certain
local authorities, for "Rotorua City Council" read "Rotorua
County Council" which last mentioned local authority
appears in the Consent signed by an Assistant Secretary to
the Treasury.

Dated at Wellington this 2nd day of June 1971.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
14th day of June 1971.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Houhora East
Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 1 33.5 Part Lot 1, D.P. 48224; coloured blue on plan.
0 3 24.8 Part Section 16; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 25184 (S.O. 46702) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above-mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 26th day of May 1971.
