Pursuant to the Waters Pollution Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoints
Bruce William Spooner, an officer of the Ministry of Works
to be Deputy Chairman of the Water Pollution Control Council.

Pursuant to the Water and Soil Conservation Act 1967, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint:
Neill Thomas Gillespie, Esq., of Lower Hutt, solicitor, a member appointed on the advice of the Minister of Works;
Alick Lindsay Poole, Esq., of Wellington, engineer, representing the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Council;
Rodger Norman Kerr, Esq., of Wellington, Secretary for Marine, representing the Water Pollution Control Council;
Donald Stuart Gore Marchbanks, Esq., of Wellington, civil engineer, representing the Water Allocation Council;
Alister Murray Linton, Esq., of Rotorua, company director, nominated by the Executive Committee of the Municipal Association of New Zealand Incorporated;
Clutha Nantes Mackenzie, Esq., of Waikari, farmer, nominated by the Executive Committee of New Zealand Counties Association Incorporated;

Pursuant to section 31 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture hereby appoints Russell Humphrey William Hollinshead being an inspector under Part III of the said Act, to be a member of the Hauraki Plains and Ohinemuri County Pest Destruction Boards, vice Mr C. C. Banks.

Noel Vernon Lough (on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture after consultation with the New Zealand Wool Board)
to be members of the New Zealand Wool Commission for terms of 3 years expiring on 7 November and 29 June 1973 respectively.
