Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land in Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District, Paparua County

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 31st day of May 1971.

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby consents to the Franklin County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

Approval of Pedestrian Crossing in an Area Not Subject to a 30 mph Speed Restriction

Pursuant to regulation 97 (b) of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Minister of Transport hereby approves the marking out of a pedestrian crossing in the area described in the Schedule, this area not being subject to a 30 mph speed restriction.
