Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Vested and Land Allocated and Vested in Block XIV, Hukerenui Survey District, Whangarei County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Lovell Land Limited subject to mortgages Nos. 524074 and 556956, North Auckland Land Registry; and also hereby proclaims that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby allocated to the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and shall, when so taken, vest in Lovell Land Limited.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods and 4.7 perches situated in Block XIV, Hukerenui Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Crown land; coloured sepia, edged sepia, on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25155 (S.O. 46271) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Fencing Agreement and a Building-line Restriction, for Teachers' Residences in the Borough of Whakatane

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 274912 and the building-line restriction imposed by S. 288416, South Auckland Land Registry, for teachers' residences from and after the 31st day of May 1971.
