CORRIGENDUM
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
In the notice dated the 9th day of February, and published in
Gazette, 18 February 1971, No. 13, page 241, allocating land
taken for Railway purposes at Puketa to the purposes of a
road, for the name of the Land District which reads “Canter-
bury Land District”, read “Marlborough Land District”.
Dated at Wellington this 21st day of May 1971.

Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or
Enjoyment of a Road, in Block VI, Oxford Survey District,
Oxford County
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also
declare that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a
road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Oxford as from the date herein-
after mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 31st day of May 1971.
FIRST SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Oxford Survey
District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 30.4 Part Rural Section 2590.
0 0 12 Part Rural Section 1084.
0 0 17 Part Rural Section 1084.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 25168 (S.O. 11382) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
sepia.
SECOND SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 31 perches situated in Block
VI, Oxford Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Rural
Section 1084; as the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked M.O.W. 25168 (S.O. 11382) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured sepia, edged sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
24th day of May 1971.

Allocating Land Taken for Road Diversion to the Purposes
of Street at Te Rapa
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication
hereof in the Gazette, be vested as street; and that the said
street shall be under the control of the Hamilton City Council,
and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as
other public highways are controlled and maintained by the
said Council.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—HAMILTON CITY
ALL that piece of land described as follows:

Railway land being
0 0 1.9 The land comprised and described in the Second
Schedule of Proclamation S. 484956, South
Auckland Land Registry.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked L.O. 24267 (S.O. 44975) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
21st day of May 1971.
