Member of Pest Destruction Boards Appointed (Notice No. 18 Ag. 20890)

PURSUANT to section 31 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture hereby appoints John Russell Tocker being an inspector under Part III of the said Act, to be the Government representative on the Otorohanga and Waipa Pest Destruction Boards.

Appointment of the Otago-Southland Play Centre Association to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Otago-Southland Play Centre Association to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for education (pre-school) purposes.

to be the Abel Tasman National Park Board, having the control and management of the Abel Tasman National Park, the members of such Board to hold office for a term of 3 years from the date hereof.

Appointment of Honorary Harbourmaster, Milford Sound

PURSUANT to sections 7 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950, the Secretary for Marine hereby appoints Archibald Withington to be honorary harbourmaster for Milford Sound and hereby empowers such honorary harbourmaster to enforce the provisions of the General Harbour (Nautical and Miscellaneous) Regulations 1968.
