site, meeting place, landing place, fishing ground, recreation and
sports ground, bathing place, burial ground, and place of
historical interest to be known as "Tikirahi Reserve" for the
common use and benefit of the Ngatitipa subtribe.

Setting Apart Land as a Maori Reservation

WHEREAS by notice dated 23 March 1971 and published in
Gazette, 1 April 1971, No. 23, page 586, the land described in
the First Schedule hereto was set apart as a Maori Reservation,
and whereas the said land referred to in the notice is land other
than that which was intended to be set apart, and whereas it is
now desired to set apart the correct land now, therefore,
pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, notice
is hereby given as follows.

NOTICE

1.The reservation constituted by notices dated 23 March
1971 and published in Gazette, 1 April 1971, No. 23, page 586,
relating to the land described in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby cancelled.

  1. The whole of the land described in the Second Schedule
    hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori Reservation for the
    purpose of ancient burial ground, place of historical interest,
    and place of scenic beauty for the common use and benefit of
    the beneficial owners and of the Maori peoples of New
    Zealand generally.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in Blocks III, IV, and VII,
Tauhara Survey District, and described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
2,879 2 30 Tauhara Middle Part 4A, 4A as delineated on Plan
M.L. 20448 held in the District Office of the
Maori and Island Affairs Department at
Rotorua.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in Blocks III, IV, and VII,
Tauhara Survey District, and described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
2,879 2 30 Tauhara Middle Part 4A 2A as delineated on Plan
M.L. 20448 held in the office of the Chief
Surveyor at the Lands and Survey Department,
Hamilton.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a recrea-
tional ground for the common use and benefit of tribes of the
Chatham Islands, namely, Ngati Mutunga and Ngati Haumia.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in Orupuke Survey District, and
described as follows;

Assignment of Rock Oyster Farming Lease

PURSUANT to regulation 41 of the Rock Oyster Farming Regu-
lations 1964, the Minister of Marine and Fisheries consented
to the assignment of lease No. 75 situated in the Whakaki River
in Kaipara Harbour to Whakaki Oysters Ltd., a New Zealand
company, of Whangarei, and subsequently a deed of assign-
ment was executed on 10 February 1971.

Notice of Varied Hours for Sale of Liquor at the Hurunui
Hotel, Hurunui

PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962,
as inserted by section 3 of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act
(No. 2) 1967, I, Eric Alderson Missen, Secretary for Justice,
hereby give notice that the Hurunui Licensing Committee, on
21 April 1971, made an order that the following hours be fixed
for the opening and closing of the said hotel premises for the
sale of liquor to the public.

Opening 9 a.m. }
Closing 8 p.m. } Monday to Thursday (inclusive).
Opening 11 a.m. }
Closing 10 p.m. } Friday and Saturday.

Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee (Notice No. 9

PURSUANT to clause II of the Schedule to the Canterbury Ras-
berry Marketing Regulations 1950, notice is hereby given that
the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of
four producers' representatives to the Canterbury Raspberry
Marketing Committee will be open for inspection, during the
ordinary office hours, at the following places, viz., Department
of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington; Christchurch; Ash-
burton; and Rangiora.

The roll will be available for public inspection for a period
of 7 days from 19 May 1971.

Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of
the above offices or from the Returning Officers, Department
of Agriculture, Christchurch. Nominations must be in the hands
of the Returning Officer not later than 12 noon on the 9th
day of June 1971.
