CORRIGENDUM
In the Schedule to the notice dated the 4th day of April 1971,
published in the Gazette, 22 April 1971, No. 29, p. 694, taking
land for road in Block III, Puniu Survey District, for the word
"Uuniu" in the description of the land firstly described, read
"Puniu", which last-mentioned word appears in the original
notice signed on behalf of the Minister of Works.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken, for a State primary school;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 10th day of May 1971.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood, situated in Block
XVII, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D.; being part
of Section 2 of the Wainuiomata District. All certificate of
title, Volume 352, folio 180, Wellington Land Registry
(limited as to parcels).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
lst day of May 1971.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1963, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described
in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access
road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 10th day of May 1971.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block III, Rangiriri
Survey District, described as follows:
A. R. P.
0 2 36.8 Part Lot 1, D.P.S. 4415; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 33.2 Part Lot 2, D.P.S. 4415; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 24226 (S.O. 44961) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as
above-mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
27th day of April 1971.
