PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims
as closed the road described in the Second, Third, and Fourth
Schedules hereto; and also hereby takes the land described in
the Fifth Schedule hereto for the purpose of subsection (6) of
the said section 29; and, further, declares that the road
described in the said Second Schedule when so closed
