Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land in the City
of Auckland, Subject to a Pipe-line Certificate
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act
1948 as from the 26th day of April 1971, and subject also
to K. 61925 (North Auckland Land Registry) certifying the
existence of a line of pipes for stormwater.
