Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of April 1971.

Pursuant to section 30 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a Limited Access Road desired to be constructed in Blocks X and XIV, Christchurch Survey District, and situated within the City of Christchurch and the Paparua County, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the limits shown coloured yellow on the plan marked M.O.W. 24991 (Sheets 1 and 2) referred to in the Schedule hereto.
