Tariff and Development Board Notice No. 216—Public Inquiries—New Zealand - Australia Free Trade Agreement—Additions to Schedule A

At the request of the Minister of Overseas Trade, the Tariff and Development Board proposes to inquire into and report upon the question whether goods listed in the Schedule to this notice should be added to Schedule A of the New Zealand - Australia Free Trade Agreement.

For the purposes of taking evidence the Board will hold public inquiries commencing at 10.30 a.m. on the dates shown in the third column of the Schedule to this notice in the Boardroom, First Floor, New Zealand Law Society Building, 26 Waring Taylor Street, Wellington.

Twelve copies of a typewritten statement of the evidence to be tendered should reach the Board's office no later than the dates shown in the fourth column of the Schedule to this notice. To assist in the preparation of this evidence the Board has prepared an outline of the information required for consideration of representations regarding additions to Schedule A of the New Zealand - Australia Free Trade Agreement. Copies of this outline may be obtained from the Board's office.
