NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO PROVE
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of NEW ZEALAND THEATRES LTD. (in voluntary liquidation):
The liquidator of New Zealand Theatres Ltd. which is being wound up voluntarily by its members, doth hereby fix the 6th day of May 1971 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

(in voluntary liquidation): NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Wheatley and Dahm Ltd. which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 22nd day of April 1971 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 17th day of February 1971, presented to the said Court by NEW ZEALAND ROADMAKERS LIMITED, of Auckland, and that on the 26th day of March 1971, by order of the said Court, ANDREWS AND BEAVEN LIMITED, of Christchurch, was substituted for New Zealand Roadmakers Limited, as petitioner; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on Friday the 23rd day of April 1971, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the company requiring a copy on the payment of the regulated charge for the same.
