A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1947, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated
the 19th day of December 1963, published in Gazette, 16
January 1964, Volume I, page 2, and registered as Proclamation
No. 20268, North Auckland Land Registry (hereinafter
called "the former Proclamation") defining the middle line of
a portion of the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway in the City of
Auckland and the Borough of Mount Albert, so that the
former Proclamation shall affect not only the land situated
within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked
M.O.W. 18069 referred to in the former Proclamation, but also
the land described in the Schedule hereto.
