The Hospital Employment (Review Committee) Notice 1971

PURSUANT to section 51B of the Hospitals Act 1957 (as inserted by section 6 of the Hospitals Amendment Act 1968), the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Hospital Employment (Review Committee) Notice 1971.
   (2) This notice shall come into force on the 2nd day of April 1971.

2. It is hereby declared that all medical officers (other than house surgeons, senior house officers, and registrars) employed by Hospital Boards on terms under which they can be removed from their office or employment after due notice (irrespective of any other grounds on which they can be removed from their office or employment) are under the jurisdiction of the Review Committee.
