Indecent Publications Tribunal

I, Victor Worth Thomas, Comptroller of Customs, give notice that I have applied to the Indecent Publications Tribunal for a decision as to whether the book She Liked Them Young by Rick Nathan, is indecent or not, or for a decision as to its classification.

Wholesalers' Licences Under the Sales Tax Act—Notice No. 1971/3

PURSUANT to the Sales Tax Act 1932–33, licences to act as wholesalers have been granted as set out in Schedule I hereto, and licences to act as wholesalers have been surrendered or revoked as set out in Schedule II hereto. Sales Tax Notice No. 1970/6 is hereby amended in the manner indicated in the Schedule III hereto.
