Declaring Land Taken for Better Utilisation in the City of
Wellington

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to Order in
Council No. 340 exempting The Terrace from section 117 of
the Public Works Act 1908, subject to conditions as to building,
and subject to Proclamation No. 792903 defining the middle
line of a further portion of the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve
Motorway, for better utilisation from and after the 29th day
of March 1971.

All that piece of land containing 1 rood 39.41 perches situated
in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being parts of

to that effect having been entered into, the land described in

(housing) subject to the building line restriction imposed by
special order 583051, subject to the fencing covenant contained
in transfer 586130, subject to the drainage easement contained

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the

restriction contained in W. 8663, Taranaki Land Registry, for
the purposes of the Natural Gas Corporation Act 1967, and
shall vest in the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand
from and after the 29th day of March 1971.
