Cancellation of Licences to Use Water Power and Erect and Use Electric Lines

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity, with the consent of the licensee, hereby cancels licences dated the 21st day of August 1970, authorising Sherwood Hills Ltd., of Tirau, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity and to erect and use certain electric lines (Gazette, 27 August 1970, p. 1519).
