LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of the duplicate original of the certificate of title described in the Schedule below having been lodged with me together with application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

SCHEDULE

CERTIFICATE of title, Volume 386, folio 169, in the name of Dullabh Fairman, of Auckland, fruiterer, for 11 perches, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 17235, and being part Allotment 17, Section 49, City of Auckland, and being all the land in the said certificate of title. Application A. 527189.

EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding copy of memorandum of lease A. 185976 affecting the land in certificate of title, Volume 473, folio 257 (North Auckland Registry), whereof the Auckland Harbour Board was the lessor, and Hood Sailmakers (N.Z.) Ltd. at Auckland was the lessee, having been lodged with me together with a memorandum of transfer A. 524155 of the said memorandum of lease, to Sails and Covers Ltd. at Auckland, and an application A. 524156 to note the change of name of the new lessee, Sails and Covers Ltd. to Hood (New Zealand) Ltd., and to register a surrender of the said lease without production of the outstanding copy thereof, in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such memorandum of transfer, change of name, and surrender upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Hawke’s Bay, Volume 126, folio 181 (Hawke’s Bay Registry), containing 1 rood, more or less, situate in the Borough of Clyde, being Town Section 624, Town of Clyde, in the name of Annie Letitia Craig, of Wairoa, widow, having been lodged with me, together with an application No. 249605 to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof. Notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 222, folio 272 (Wellington Registry), in the name of Eruera Manihera, of Masterton, farm manager (deceased), being the registered proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 8 acres 3 roods 22 perches, more or less, situate in Block XII, Wairarapa Survey District, and known as Ohaeretahi No. 2A No. 5, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 222, folio 272 (Wellington Registry), and application 859475 having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
