Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be set apart for road from and after the
lst day of March 1971.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 0.9 perches situated in Block
XV, Rangiora Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part
Lots 6, 7, and 8, D.P. 22775, part Rural Section 321; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 24733 (S.O. 11407) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in the Borough of Onehunga
for a State Primary School
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions
of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for a public work,
namely a State primary school, the land described in the
Schedule hereto and notice is hereby further given that the
plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the
post office at Onehunga and is there open for inspection; that
all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if
they have any objections to such taking, not being objections
to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same
in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the
first publication of this notice to the Minister of Works at
Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance
with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be
held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector
will be advised of the time and place of the hearing. The land
required to be taken is situated by Arthur Street, Onehunga,
and intersects the south-east corner of the existing Onehunga
Primary School site.

All that piece of land containing 19.1 perches, situated in
