Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities

Pursuant to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956
(as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities Loans
Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant Secretary to
the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary
to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents
to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the
Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the respective
amounts specified in that Schedule.

Order Prescribing Standard Terms and Conditions in Respect
of Licences for Air Transport Services

Pursuant to section 26A of the Air Services Licensing Act 1951, the Air Services Licensing Authority hereby orders that paragraph 4 (c) of the Order prescribing standard terms and conditions, dated the 28th day of May 1969 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 29th day of May 1969, is hereby revoked and that the terms and conditions set out hereunder be substituted therefor:

"No later than 4 p.m. on the due date for renewal of any such insurance, there shall be deposited with the Licensing Authority a certificate endorsed by the insurers of the due renewal or replacement of the insurance in accordance with the requirements in paragraph (b) herein. If the certificate is not so deposited within that time on that date the licence shall be deemed to be suspended until such certificate is deposited."

This order shall come into effect on the 1st day of January 1972.
