All parcels having been declared to be permanent State forest by notices published in New Zealand Gazette, 1956, page 967, 1959, page 959, 1962, page 490, 1965, page 1020, and 1970, page 1681.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Motor Traders (N.Z.) Limited, a duly registered company having its registered office at Auckland, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Haydn and Rollett Properties Limited, a duly registered company having its registered office at Auckland, subject to a memorandum of mortgage No. A. 493221, North Auckland Land Registry.
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Ellen Marion Kinnell, of Silverdale, married woman, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in James Stanley Bayes, farmer, of Silverdale.
