NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that the Rangitikei County Council proposes, under the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a road, and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan showing the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of Messrs Evans, Easther, Harris, and Goodman, Solicitors, 335 Wellington Road, Marton, and is there open for inspection, without fee, during ordinary office hours. Every person affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the land should, if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection to the County Clerk, Rangitikei County Council Chambers, High Street, Marton, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

All that piece of land situate on the western side of Bredins Line, Marton, containing 26.5 perches, more or less, coloured green, edged green on Survey Office Plan 28356, being part Block VIII, Rangitikei District, situated in Block III, Rangitoto Survey District, and being comprised in Deeds Index 8/334 (Wellington Registry).

FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO STOP PIECE OF ROAD

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments:

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Franklin County Council proposes, pursuant to section 148 of the Public Works Act 1928, to stop that piece of Burtt Road, formerly known as Bluff Hill Road, Runciman, described in the Schedule hereto. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said piece of road proposed to be stopped is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the Franklin County Council, situated in Roulston Street, Pukekohe, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons who may wish to make any objections to the above proposal to stop the said piece of road must set forth their objections in writing and send the same to the County Clerk at the office of the Franklin County Council, Roulston Street, Pukekohe, within forty days from the date of the first publication of this notice. If any objections are received by the Franklin County Council as aforesaid a public notice shall be published calling a meeting of the ratepayers of the district, such meeting to be held at a time and place to be specified, being not earlier than 14 days after the date of publication of the notice, pursuant to the said section of the Public Works Act 1928.

Notice is hereby given that the Tauranga City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a sewerage pumping station and, for the purposes of that public work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situate in Willow Street, Tauranga, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and send the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Willow Street, Tauranga; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE EASEMENTS OVER LAND

In the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and the Public Works Act 1928:

Notice is hereby given that the Bay of Islands County Council intends, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the laying of water pipes, and for the purpose of such public work intends to take water pipeline easements over the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto, such easements to include the full, free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity for the Council's servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter, to go, pass, or repass, with or without vehicles or other equipment over the said land for the purpose of maintaining or repairing the said water pipeline. And notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the easements proposed to be taken is deposited at the office of the said Council situated at Main Road, Kawakawa, and may there be inspected without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said work or by the taking of the said easements and who have an objection thereto, not being an objection as to the amount of compensation, must state their objections in writing and send the same to the County Clerk, Bay of Islands County Council, P.O. Box 11, Kawakawa, so as to reach him not later than 40 days after the first publication of this notice. If any objection is received a public hearing of the same will be held, unless the objector requires otherwise, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of such hearing.
