NOTICE is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company, on the 8th day of December 1971, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely:
“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.”

IN the matter of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and in the matter of the METAL TRADES EMPLOYERS’ ASSOCIATION, AUCKLAND PROVINCE (INC.) (in voluntary liquidation, members’ winding up):
At the annual general meeting of the members of the above association, duly convened and held at Auckland, on Thursday, the 2nd day of December 1971, the following special resolution was duly passed, viz:
That this meeting of the members of the Metal Trades Employers’ Association, Auckland Province (Inc.), properly convened and constituted in accordance with the rules of the association, does instruct the executive to take all necessary steps in accordance with the provisions of the association’s rules and of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, to wind up the association.
This resolution was originally adopted at a special general meeting of the association held on 31 May 1971.
