CORRIGENDUM
IN the notice published in the Gazette, 2 December 1971, No.
95, page 2670, of the appointment of the Chairman of the
Representation Commission, for the words "of the House of
Representatives", read "of the official and unofficial members
of the Representation Commission" which last-mentioned words
appear in the original notice signed by the Clerk of the
Executive Council.
Revoking a Proclamation Taking an Easement Over Land for
the Purposes of a Maori School in Block XIV, Rotoiti Survey
District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated 28 February 1962 and
published in Gazette, 8 March 1962, Volume I, page 376,
registered as Proclamation No. S. 229522, South Auckland Land
Registry, taking an easement over land for the purposes of a
Maori school, such easement being no longer required.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
3rd day of December 1971.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control
purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 20th day of December 1971.
