IN the matter of the Landmark Builders Ltd. (in voluntary
liquidation), creditors' winding up, and in the matter of the
Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the creditors
of the above-named company, which is being wound up
voluntarily, are required on or before the 15th day of February
1971, to send in their names and addresses and the particulars
of their debts or claims and to establish any title they may
have to priority under section 308 of the Act to the under-
signed liquidator of the said company, and if so required in
writing from the said liquidator are by their solicitor or per-
sonally to attend and prove the said debts or claims at such
time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in
default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any
distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case
may be, from objecting to the distribution.

operators of the one part, and Byfords Transport Ltd., a duly

and the W. N. J. and J. A. Byford Trust, contractors of the
other part, carrying on business at Taihape as contractors
under the style Byfords Contracting and Mid-Island Transport
has been dissolved as from the 1st day of March 1970.

the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the
24th day of November 1970, presented to the said Court by
ROBERT ADAMS, of Auckland, company director, and that the
said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Hamilton, on the 12th day of February 1971, at 10 o'clock
in the forenoon, and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing
in person or by his counsel for that purpose: and a copy of
the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any
creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy
on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

WHANGAREI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD
NOTICE is hereby given that the Whangarei County Council,
under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes
to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road;
notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land required
to be taken is deposited in the office of the Council, Springs
Flat, Kamo, and may be inspected without fee during ordinary
office hours.
All persons affected by the taking of such land and objecting
to the proposal, not being an objection to the amount of
compensation, shall state their objection in writing and send
the same to the County Clerk, Whangarei County Council,
P.O. Box 4102, Kamo, not later than 11 February 1971, being
40 days from the first publication of this notice; If any
objection is made, a public hearing of the said objection will
be held unless the objector requires otherwise, and each
objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
