Conditions:

  1. That it be supplied only to veterinarians named and approved by the Animal Remedies Board.
  2. That the drug be used only by a veterinarian so named.
  3. That the drug be used only for the immobilisation of animals for capture or treatment.
  4. That any animal treated with the drug be not slaughtered for human consumption for at least 1 month after treatment.
  5. That any persons using the drug for the capture of wild deer hold an appropriate permit in accordance with regulation 3 (ii) of the Noxious Animals in Captivity Regulations 1969.
  6. That results obtained from experimental use be submitted to the Animal Remedies Board within the licensing period.
