Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after
the 18th day of January 1971.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that the portion of road
described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date
hereof, become county road.

ALL that portion of road situated in Block II, Coromandel
Survey District, Coromandel County, commencing at the
western boundaries of Allotments 188 and 189, Kapanga
Parish, and proceeding thence in a generally north-easterly
direction for a distance of approximately 6 chains, and
terminating at the right bank of the Whangarahi Stream; as
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 24693 (S.O. 45250) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red
and marked A-B.

the area of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 35.5 perches secondly
described in the Schedule to the said Declaration, and pursuant
to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the 18th day
of January 1971.
