All that piece of land situate at Anga Street, Tangimoana,
adjacent to the Rangitikei River, containing 13 acres 1 rood,
more or less, situated in Block II of the Sandy Survey District,
being Maori Section 375 of the Township of Carnarvon, and
being also all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume
551, folio 228 (Wellington Registry), limited as to parcels and
title.

MANUKAU CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Storm Water Drainage Supplementary Loan 1970, $40,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Manukau City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purposes of providing the annual charges
on a loan of $40,000, authorised to be raised by the Manukau
City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose
of completing the purposes for which the Storm Water Drain-
age Loan 1967 of $400,000 was raised within the City of
Manukau, the said Manukau City Council hereby makes a
special rate of decimal nought nought two seven cents (.0027c)
in the dollar ($) upon the rateable unimproved value of all
rateable property of the City of Manukau, and that the
special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of
April in each and every year during the currency of the loan
being a period of 30 years or until the loan is fully paid off."
I, Ronald Wood, town clerk, of the Manukau City Council
hereby certify that the above resolution was duly passed at a
meeting of the Manukau City Council held on the 26th day of
November 1970.

PATEA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Staff Housing Loan 1970, $7,500
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Patea County Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a
loan of $7,500 authorised to be raised by the Patea County
Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of
providing staff housing or making advances to staff employees
for housing, the said Patea County Council hereby makes a
special rate of 0.003935 cents in the dollar, on all rateable
property within the County of Patea, and that the special
rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency
of the loan, and be payable half-yearly in each and every
year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 15
years, or until such loan is fully paid off.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Maoribank/Te Marua Water Redemption Loan No. 2, 1970β
$12,000
I certify that the Hutt County Council passed the following
resolution at its meeting on 5 November 1970.
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Hutt County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $12,000 authorised to be raised by the Hutt County
under the above-mentioned Act, for repaying on maturity that
portion of the Maoribank/Te Marua Water Supply Loan 1960,
which matured on 1 November 1970, the Hutt County Council
hereby makes and levies a special rate of .027 (decimal nought
two seven) cents in the dollar upon the unimproved value of
all rateable property in the Maoribank/Te Marua Special
Rating Area No. 60 of the County of Hutt, and that the
special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the
currency of the loan, and be payable on the 1st day of April
in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being
a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

THAT, pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and
for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of
$150,000 authorised to be raised by the Invercargill City
Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of
developing and expanding the waterworks, drainage, and street
systems of the city, the said Invercargill City Council hereby
makes a special rate of decimal nought two six cents (.026c)
in the dollar on the rateable value on the basis of the unim-
proved value of all rateable property in the City of Invercar-
gill, and that the said special rate shall be payable yearly on the
1st day of January in each year during the currency of the loan,
being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy
of a resolution passed at a meeting of the Invercargill City
Council, held on Tuesday, 24 November 1970.

chasing capital equipment for the extension of the electricity
distribution system of the City of Invercargill and associated
works, the said Invercargill City Council hereby makes a
special rate of decimal nought one three cents (.013c) in the
dollar on the rateable value on the basis of the unimproved
value of all rateable property in the City of Invercargill, and
that the said special rate shall be payable yearly on the 1st
day of January in each year during the currency of the loan,
being a period of 15 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy
of a resolution passed at a meeting of the Invercargill City
Council, held on Tuesday, 24 November 1970.
