The Road Classification (Tuakau Borough) Notice No. 1, 1970

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Tuakau Borough) Notice No. 1, 1970.

2. The Tuakau Borough Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

Roads Classified in Class Two
ALL roads under the control of the Tuakau Borough Council.

The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 9, 1970

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 9, 1970.

2. It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads Board, that the State Highway as set out in the Schedule hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.

3. So much of the warrant dated the 8th day of June 1965† as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

State Highways Classified in Class One
No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) (from the Pohangina Road at Ashhurst to its junction with the No. 57A State Highway (Fitzherbert East).)
No. 5 State Highway (Tirau-Napier via Rotorua and Taupo) (from Aratiatia Road to its junction with State Highway No. 1 (Awanui-Bluff) at Wairakei).

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Tauranga City) Notice No. 2, 1970.

2. The Tauranga City Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

3. The warrant dated the 27th day of January 1970† which relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Amuri County) Notice No. 1, 1970.

2. The Amuri County Council's proposed classification of the road as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

3. So much of the warrant dated the 3rd day of October 1950† as relates to the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Fishing Industry Board Notice

PURSUANT to the Fishing Industry Board Act 1963 and the Fishing Industry Board Levy Regulations 1970*, notice is hereby given by the Fishing Industry Board that the levies on fish shall be as follows:

(a) In the case of a fisherman's levy, 0.42 percent of the total selling price of all fish sold by the fisherman (including fish sold otherwise than to a wholesaler):
(b) In the case of a wholesaler's levy, 0.42 percent of the total fisherman's selling price of all fish purchased by the wholesaler from a fisherman:
(c) In the case of a retailer's levy, 0.21 percent of the total wholesaler's selling price of all fish purchased by the retailer from a wholesaler or from a fisherman.

Expressions used in this notice have the same meaning as in the said regulations.

Varying Notice of Declaration of State Highways

PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works, hereby gives notice that it varies the notice declaring public highways to be State highways, dated 9 March 1960, published in the Gazette, 24 March 1960, Vol. I, p. 384, by deleting from the Schedule to the said notice the paragraph described in the First Schedule hereto, and substituting therefor the paragraph set out in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

PARAGRAPH deleted from North Island section of Part II of the Schedule to the said notice:
Upper Hutt—No. 2 State Highway.

SECOND SCHEDULE

PARAGRAPH substituted in the North Island section of Part II of the Schedule to the said notice:
Upper Hutt—No. 2 State Highway. From the north boundary of the City of Upper Hutt via Ferguson Drive to the south-west boundary of the city.
