CORRIGENDUM

In the notice dated the 29th day of September 1970, and
published in Gazette, 15 October 1970, No. 63, p. 1875, declaring land acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, for the area of Lot 75, D.P. 27887 described in the Schedule thereto which reads “14.5 perches” read “24.5 perches” which last-mentioned description appears in the notice signed by the Minister of Works.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of December 1970.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24663 (S.O. 44979) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of November 1970.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 35 of the Finance Act (No. 2) 1945, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Upper Hutt as from the date herein-after mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of December 1970.
