Alteration to the Scale of Charges Upon the New Zealand Government Railways

GENERAL SCALE OF CHARGES

WHEREAS in the Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette of the 5th day of November 1970 and published on the 9th day of November 1970, the Minister of Railways made certain alterations to the General Scale of Charges described in the said Supplement and made pursuant to the Government Railways Act 1949, and provided that the said alterations should come into force on the dates shown in the said Supplement. Now, therefore, the Minister of Railways pursuant to the Government Railways Act 1949 hereby alters the dates on which the said alterations shall come into force and hereby declares that the said alterations shall come into force on the days set out hereunder.
