Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the 30th day of November 1970.

Declaring Land and Easements Over Land, Taken for Waterworks in Block VI, Westmere Survey District, Waitotara County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitotara (hereinafter called "the said body corporate") as from the date hereinafter mentioned, and further declares that a pipeline easement is hereby taken for waterworks over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting as from the date hereinafter mentioned, in the said body corporate full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes along, under, or over the said land and to convey water through the said pipes; and also declares that a right of way easement is hereby taken for waterworks over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting as from the date hereinafter mentioned, in the said body corporate full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for the servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees of the said body corporate from time to time and at all times hereinafter to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals, carriages, vehicles, or implements of any kind, over and along the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the said First Schedule, such easements to be held appurtenant thereto, from and after the 30th day of November 1970.
