PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated 31st day of July 1970 and published in the Gazette of 13 August 1970, No. 49, page 1423, in so far as it affects the land secondly described in the Schedule thereto; and, pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for electricity works from and after the 30th day of November 1970.
