PURSUANT to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice.

N O T I C E

1. This notice may be cited as the Tokatoka Cemetery Closing Notice 1970.

2. It is hereby directed that the Tokatoka Cemetery, being the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and burials therein discontinued after the 30th day of June 1971.

3. As from the 30th day of June 1971 the control and management of the closed Tokatoka Cemetery shall vest in the Otamatea County Council.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres 2 roods and 25.4 perches, more or less, situated in Blocks VI and X, Tokatoka Survey District, being part Section 120, Town of Tokatoka; as shown on the plan marked 191/2/100, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Health at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 46619).
