Licences Issued Under Animal Remedies Act 1967 (Notice No. Ag. 10715)

Pursuant to section 21 (6) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, the Registrar hereby gives notice that licences have been issued as set out in the Schedules hereto:
Those in Schedule I are subject to no conditions.
Those in Schedule II are subject to the conditions:

1. That it is not sold to any person other than a veterinary surgeon, or a dealer, or otherwise than pursuant to the prescription of a veterinary surgeon.
2. That it is not used otherwise than by or under the supervision of a veterinary surgeon.
   Those in Schedule III relate to changes of name of licensed remedies.
   Those in Schedule IV are subject to a change in the proprietors' name only.
   The product in Schedule V is subject to the condition shown in respect of it.
   The product in Schedule VI is a provisional licence and is subject to the conditions shown in respect of it.

Conditions:

2. That it is not used otherwise than by or under the supervision of a veterinary surgeon.
3. That supportive data is collected and supplied to the Board, before the expiry date of the licence, on the following points:
   (a) Specificity of the immunity engendered.
   (b) Duration of protection.
   (c) The relative efficacy of the recommended dosage schedules.
   (d) Length of time of faecal excretion of salmonella of animals exposed to infection after vaccination.
   (e) Persistence of infection in tissues following exposure to infection.
   (f) Challenge to be made with both S typhimurium and S bovismorbificans.
