Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block IV, Waitahuna East Survey District, and Block IV, Table Hill Survey District

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the 16th day of November 1970.

Declaring Land Taken for Street in the City of Wellington

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington from and after the 16th day of November 1970.

Declaring a Drainage Easement Taken over Land in Block IX, Kaitawa Survey District, Horowhenua County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, a drainage easement in gross is hereby taken over the land described in the Schedule hereto, for the purposes of a road from and after the 16th day of November 1970, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full, free, uninterrupted and unrestricted right, liberty, licence, and authority for Her Majesty's grantees, servants, tenants, agents, workmen, licensees, invitees, and any other person lawfully entitled so to do to lay, place, maintain, and repair a line of pipes of sufficient internal diameter and of suitable material on, over, or along the said land and to drain and discharge water, whether rain, tempest, spring soakage, or seepage water in any quantities over, along, and across the said land, together with the full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity for Her Majesty's grantees, servants, tenants, agents, workmen, licensees, invitees, and any other person lawfully entitled so to do, from time to time and at all times hereafter, by day and by night to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses and domestic animals of any kind and with or without tools, implements, machinery, carriages, motor vehicles, or equipment of any kind, and to enter upon the said land and remain there for any reasonable time for the purpose of laying, inspecting, cleansing, repairing, and maintaining, renewing, and keeping open the said line of pipes or any part thereof, and to open up the soil of the said land to such extent as may be necessary.
