IN the notice headed "Appointment of Member of Timaru
Harbour Board" in Gazette, No. 58 of 24 September 1970,
p. 1716, for "Southland" read "Timaru", which last-mentioned
name appears in the Warrant signed by His Excellency the
Governor-General, on 14 September 1970.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road.

Amending a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a
Portion of the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway in Block XVI,
Waitemata Survey District, Borough of Mount Albert
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1947, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation
dated the 19th day of December 1963, published in Gazette,
16 January 1964, Vol. I, page 2 and registered as Proclamation
No. 20268, North Auckland Land Registry (hereinafter called
"the former Proclamation") defining the middle line of a
portion of the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway in the City of
Auckland and the Borough of Mount Albert, so that the
former Proclamation shall affect not only the land situated
within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked
M.O.W. 18069 referred to in the former Proclamation, but
also the land described in the Schedule hereto.
