A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a motorway desired to be constructed in Blocks XV and XVI, Waitemata Survey District, and Block III, Titirangi Survey District, viz, a portion of Auckland-Kumeu Motorway, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the limits shown, edged red, on the plan marked M.O.W. 23839, referred to in the said Schedule.

Commencing at the point on the northern boundary of the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway where such boundary crosses the foreshore of the Waitemata Harbour, as defined on S.O.
